Value Engineering Options Update

Plans continue to progress steadily, with a focus on fine-tuning the community center, park amenities, and aquatics facilities.  A comprehensive “deep dive” was conducted to ensure the aquatics center—featuring a competition pool, waterslide, lazy river, and essential support elements—meets the evolving needs of the community. Once approved, anticipate construction in spring of 2026.
